SPG closes 2024 with growth, innovation, and expansion

At SPG, we are wrapping up a year full of innovation, growth and expansion, further strengthening our position as a leading provider of flexible packaging solutions.

Growth and Expansion

2024 has been a year of remarkable progress for us. Today, our group consists of approximately 900 employees, and we have reached a production volume of 37.7 million kg. Economically, our total revenue has amounted to €201 million, with exports totaling €60 million—representing 30% of our total turnover.

We are proud to serve key European markets, including Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, the UK, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Italy, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Greece, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

Strategic Investments for the Future

Between 2023 and 2025, we are carrying out an ambitious €14 million investment plan to enhance our infrastructure and equipment. This year, we have added:

✅ A new 9-color gravure printing press at our Villarrubia plant, now fully operational.
✅ A new high-speed, auto-adjustable pet food bag-making machine for greater efficiency.
✅ A new cutting machine, improving our overall productivity.
