We trust in the quality of our products and our processes.

Quality

SP GROUP employs a quality policy aimed at complying with the requirements of all the standards we adhere to.

Our factories are certified by quality standard ISO 9001, environmental standard ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and by the BRC (British Retail Consortium).

The SP Group Quality, Food Safety and Environmental Department performs any audits requested by our clients to check that these policies are being complied with correctly. Moreover, we closely monitor the raw materials we buy and the manufacturing processes of our materials.

To do this, we perform a regular analysis of the raw materials and final product, including lab tests and trials where we analyse friction, traction, delamination force, puncture and tear resistance, among many others. As a precautionary measure, when authorising a supplier, our Quality team checks that the supplier meets all the quality standards needed to minimise the risk of defects in the quality of the final product. For SP GROUP it is very important that our clients are well attended and advised at all times.

Through the Quality department we provide technical assistence and support to our clients to resolve any issues. If the client wishes, our technicians can also visit their facilities to resolve issues onsite.

We believe that training is the basis of a good job, which is why SP Group employs a continuous training programme to ensure our personnel are able to tackle the new technical requirements of our clients.
