Commitment to CSR and Work-Life Balance

EFR Certification

We are delighted to share that we have once again been certified as a Family-Responsible Company (EFR) by the Fundación MÁSFAMILIA, an entity endorsed by the Ministry of Health, Consumer Affairs, and Social Welfare. This certification recognizes the company’s dedication to fostering a work culture based on flexibility, respect, and mutual commitment, promoting a balance between work and personal life.

This certification, recognized by the United Nations and the INTERREG EUROPE program as a “Good Practice,” drives management policies that consider employees’ needs and provides guidelines for creating a better work environment. At SPG, we are committed to work-life balance, continuously improving employee benefits and considering their requests to ensure their well-being.
