Certification of our RB ECO material by the CYCLOS-HTP Institute

At SPG, we are committed to sustainability!
We are proud to announce that our RB ECO material has been certified as recyclable by the Cyclos-HTP Institute. This certification is a recognition of our efforts to create products that not only meet the highest quality standards but are also sustainable.

The RB ECO material has been evaluated and complies with recyclability standards according to EN 13430, ISO 14021, and the minimum recycling standards of ZSVR. With a recycling capacity of 95% and a 100% material recovery potential, this product demonstrates our dedication to a more sustainable future.

Additionally, at SPG, we have other certified materials that confirm their recyclability, whether they are multilayer vacuum packaging like RSE ECO and RFA ECO for lid and base, or PE HB ECO bags, all recyclable in PE stream. These materials have also been evaluated by the Cyclos-HTP Institute, achieving recyclability levels of 100% respectively, and 91% in the bags, further reinforcing our commitment to the circular economy.

In the polypropylene stream, we offer customers PP HB ECO, which has received an AA rating for bags with or without zipper, meaning that 90% of the packaging can be recycled. For bags with baby food spouts, rigid PP recycling has rated them AAA, giving the packaging a 96% recyclability rate.
