A co-extruded thermoforming film for use as top film and base web for vacuum packing. A polyamide and polyethylene structure, it is designed to provide extra elasticity during thermoforming and avoid breakages, making it suitable for larger-format cheeses that call for deep draw thermoforming.
Properties:
RFA Q PLUS moulds to the product perfectly without wrinkling during the vacuum process and does not break at the corners.
It is suitable for products that call for deep draw thermoforming, as well as puncture and tear resistance.
Applications:
This material is ideal for vacuum-packed wedges, half cheeses and whole cheeses.
It is also suitable for internal plastic components for the car industry since its characteristics afford it enhanced thermoforming properties.
