Success Story: CHOCOLATES LACASA Optimize Their Packaging with Cold Seal Technology

At SPG, we are proud to share this success story developed in collaboration with CHOCOLATES LACASA, one of the most renowned companies in Spain’s chocolate and confectionery industry.
Together, we worked on the optimization and validation of a “cold seal” material specifically designed for their packaging lines.

The cold seal technology is based on a pressure-activated adhesive system that enables secure and efficient sealing without the need for heat. This solution is ideal for temperature-sensitive products such as chocolate, offering significant advantages in efficiency and product protection.

Thanks to our expertise in multilayer structures and our rigorous control of raw materials from the extrusion stage, we helped optimize CHOCOLATES LACASA’s packaging performance.
