Le nouveau fond thermoformable RST B ECO<\/strong> est un mat\u00e9riau recyclable<\/strong> \u00e0 base de polypropyl\u00e8ne qui est apte aux processus thermiques tels que la st\u00e9rilisation<\/strong>. Il est utilis\u00e9 pour les applications sous vide<\/strong> et a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse aux directives de l’Union Europ\u00e9enne en mati\u00e8re d’\u00e9conomie circulaire. Ce mat\u00e9riau fait partie de notre Gamme ECO, qui comprend les solutions monomat\u00e9riaux et recyclables de SP Group.<\/p>\n

L\u2019union du fond thermoformable en RST B ECO<\/strong> et de l\u2019opercule flexible en PP HB ECOTOP<\/a> offre une solution sous vide recyclable, car plus de 90% est constitu\u00e9 de polypropyl\u00e8ne et les autres mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9sents dans la formulation n’interf\u00e8rent pas avec le processus de recyclage.<\/p>\n

Ce mat\u00e9riau convient aux march\u00e9s des produits alimentaires<\/strong> qui n\u00e9cessitent un traitement de st\u00e9rilisation et sont conditionn\u00e9s sous vide. Il est parfait pour les l\u00e9gumes de la 5\u00e8me<\/sup> gamme conditionn\u00e9s sous vide, tels que le ma\u00efs, les betteraves, etc. Il convient \u00e9galement aux plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Cette solution est parfaite pour les produits destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre export\u00e9s en Allemagne<\/strong>, car le flux de recyclage pr\u00e9dominant dans ce pays est le polypropyl\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n
