En effet, la tendance actuelle est \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de compos\u00e9s naturels, que ce soient des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s microbiologiques, d\u2019extraits d\u2019herbes ou d\u2019\u00e9pices, ou encore d\u2019huiles.<\/p>\n<p>En utilisant uniquement des produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l\u2019olivier, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Cadix (UCA) a principalement obtenu deux familles de compos\u00e9s : tocoph\u00e9rols et hydroxytyrosols. De nombreux compos\u00e9s (m\u00e9langes) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 extraits puis purifi\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper des films actifs o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, certains produits frais (fruits et l\u00e9gumes, de p\u00eache) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conditionn\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer leur dur\u00e9e de vie utile.
