RB Q PLUS

A co-extruded thermoforming film for use as top film and base web for vacuum packing. A high-barrier polyamide and polyethylene structure, it is designed to provide extra elasticity during thermoforming and avoid breakages, making it suitable for larger-format cheeses that call for deep draw thermoforming.

Properties:

A high-barrier material that delivers optimum preservation conditions for packaged products, which means their shelf life can be extended.

RB Q PLUS moulds to the product perfectly without wrinkling during the vacuum process and does not break at the corners.

It is suitable for products that call for deep draw thermoforming and puncture resistance.

Applications:

This material is particularly suitable for vacuum-packed wedges, half cheeses and whole cheeses that call for high-barrier preservation conditions.

It is also suitable for fresh and processed meats.
