This laminate is very similar to the BIO FVSOL material, except that it is black with a matt finish.
It is characterised by its similarity to paper in terms of feel and roughness. This material can be used with HD flexographic or rotogravure printing, and the packaging will still be 100% biodegradable thanks to the biodegradable inks.
Thermoformable material that welds against polyester. Very transparent and impact resistant. Peelability can be added. It is the ideal material for participating in SP GROUP’s Tray2Tray circular economy project. Available in a variety of colours.
This double flexible material has good mechanical properties. An anti-static coating can be applied. Good water-vapour barrier and glossy transparent or opaque finishes. Suitable for pastuerisation processes up to 100ºC. Microwaveable. Ideal for offset printing.
As with other materials in the SOL range, VSOL provides a high barrier with the required characteristics, but includes improvements for it to be used in vertical packaging machines. It has good hot tack and a low weld temperature.
FSOL is a material that provides a high barrier and is suitable of use in horizontal machines. It has good hot-tack, a low weld temperature, and is suitable for the heat process of pasteurisation.
Flexible multilayer material with a good gas, oil and steam barrier. Reflects infra-red radiation, visible light and UV rays. Welds with polyethene. Principally used to package all types of snacks.
A flexible, high-barrier, multilayer packaging material. Seals well. Allows protective atmosphere and has high-barrier properties.
