BIONATUR is a structure of BIO FVSOL, a PLA and PVOH-based film that is fully biodegradable, compostable and biobased in compliance with standard EN 13432, laminated with Kraft paper. The pairing of these two materials gives the packaging a more natural appearance, transmitting sustainability. It is also perfect for stand-up formats. It is fully food safe and comes with the option of a window to show the product inside, as BIO FVSOL is a highly transparent film.
Properties:
This structure is ideal for products that require high oxygen barriers, and it can also provide a light barrier, giving added protection to the packaged product.
BIONATUR has a better mechanical and heat resistance during the packaging process, thanks to the paper layer.
It can be printed with biodegradable inks using the flexography and rotogravure techniques.
Applications:
The main markets for this material are dried fruits and nuts, crisps and snacks, spices, and dried foodstuffs, such as sugar, flour, pasta and rice. It is also ideal for single-serving applications.

Rclosing Efficient is a flexible high-barrier laminate with properties that permit re-closure. It is used as a lid for trays principally made from our APET EFFICIENT material. The laminate is characterised by being more sustainable than others as it is thinner and contains no chlorine products. In a triple complex it is available from 75 microns.
Rclosing Efficient ensures the lid falls smoothly and firmly onto the tray so that the packet is re-closed and the preservation time increases during the established consumption period. As with previous openings, it ensures the re-closure is uniform.
It can be made with transparent, white and metallic complexes.

This is a double flexible material. It is also possible to add an option to this structure that allows powdered cocoa to be packaged. It has good mechanical properties, and the oriented polypropylene makes the printing glossy and transparent.

This double flexible material has good mechanical properties. An anti-static coating can be applied. Good water-vapour barrier and glossy transparent or opaque finishes. Suitable for pastuerisation processes up to 100ºC. Microwaveable. Ideal for offset printing.

This is a double flexible material that is excellent for thermoforming. It is tough and has good mechanical properties. It has a good water-vapour barrier.

Double flexible material with excellent mechanical properties and suitable for vacuum-packing in several packaging formats. It is highly puncture and tear resistant.

Double complex material mainly for use with microwaveable frozen products and a good moisture barrier.

Double flexible material particularly suitable for packaging liquids, both as a lid and pouch. Good water-vapour and gas barrier. Good elasticity.

Double complex material mainly used to package products that need to breathe a little, For example, cheese.

Kraft paper laminate in a complex with SOL material to provide a high barrier. The complex may also be made with other materials. Particularly suitable for lids. A lengthwise window can be added to show the food product inside. Other paper finishes are also available.
