REEL STOCK MATERIALS

FLOW-PACKS

Multilayer and mono-material reel stock for horizontal and/or vertical packaging machines. Double or multiple structures made of PP, PE, PA, PET, and other specialty materials.

Properties:

  • Barrier against oxygen, light, aroma, and/or water vapor. EVOH, SiOx, ALOx, coatings, metallized films, and aluminum.
  • Finishes: glossy, matte, and paper effect.
  • MAP packaging (modified atmosphere packaging).
  • Printing techniques: digital, flexography, and gravure.

  • High packaging speeds.
  • Good hot-tack for fast sealing.
  • Low sealing temperature.

LIDS FOR RIGID BASES

Multilayer reel stock for thermoforming. Double or multiple structures made of PP, PE, PA, PET, ALU, and other specialty materials.

  • Peelable and recloseable
  • Barrier against oxygen, light, aroma, and/or water vapor. EVOH, SiOx, ALOx, coatings, metallized films, and aluminum
  • Sealable on PE and RPET
  • Finishes: glossy, matte, and paper effect
  • MAP packaging (modified atmosphere packaging), anti-fog, and thermal treatments
