{"id":18114,"date":"2017-08-22T19:56:39","date_gmt":"2017-08-22T19:56:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spg-pack.com\/projekt-activeolive\/"},"modified":"2022-04-27T14:30:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T14:30:09","slug":"projekt-activeolive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spg-pack.com\/de\/projekt-activeolive\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJEKT ACTIVEOLIVE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Unternehmenskonsortium: OLIVAR DE SEGURA, ABELLO LINDE, ESTEROS DE CANELA, MIGUEL GARC\u00cdA S\u00c1NCHEZ E HIJOS und SP GROUP.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem Gebiet der Entwicklung aktiver Kunststoffe ist der Ursprung bzw. die Art der antioxidativen oder antimikrobiellen Zus\u00e4tze von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, wobei die Tendenz hin zu nat\u00fcrlichen Verbindungen aus mikrobiologischen Derivaten, Kr\u00e4uterextrakten und Gew\u00fcrzen oder \u00d6len geht.<\/p>\n<p>Unter ausschlie\u00dflicher Verwendung von Olivenprodukten konnte die Universit\u00e4t von C\u00e1diz (UCA) zwei Familien von Verbindungen gewinnen: Tocopherole und Hydroxytyrosole. Es wurden eine Vielzahl von Verbindungen (Gemischen) extrahiert und gereinigt, um damit Aktivfolien entwickeln zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Danach wurden frische Fischereiprodukte und pflanzliche Lebensmittel verpackt und deren Nutzungsdauer bewertet. Die nat\u00fcrliche antioxidative Verbindung, die in Bezug auf die Konservierung die besten Eigenschaften zeigte, war \u03b1-Tocopherol bzw.
