IDI-20150604.<\/p>\n<p>Das auf vier Jahre angelegte Projekt AVANZA-S sucht Antworten auf aktuelle Herausforderungen im Lebensmittelsystem, die auf spanischer und europ\u00e4ischer Ebene von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung sind: Erreichung einer ges\u00fcnderen Ern\u00e4hrung, Verringerung der Verluste und Abf\u00e4lle von Lebensmitteln und Steigerung der Effizienz der Ressourcennutzung und Nachhaltigkeit des Sektors.<\/p>\n<p>Zu diesem Zweck vereint das Projekt drei sich erg\u00e4nzende Sektoren mit gro\u00dfer Bedeutung f\u00fcr die spanische Wirtschaft: den fleischverarbeitenden Sektor, den Sektor der funktionellen Zutaten und den Sektor der Lebensmittelverpackungen. Im ersten Schritt haben wir an neuen Frischfleischprodukten und ges\u00fcnderen Fertigprodukten, neuen Zutaten mit hohem N\u00e4hrwert und\/oder funktionellen Eigenschaften, fortschrittlichen aktiven und\/oder biologisch abbaubaren Verpackungen und Kombinationen aus neuen Lebensmitteln, Zutaten und fortschrittlichen Verpackungen gearbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt AVANZA-S wird vom Zentrum f\u00fcr technologisch-industriellen Fortschritt (Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial, CDTI) im Rahmen des strategischen Programms der Forschungszusammenschl\u00fcsse nationaler Unternehmen (Consorcios de Investigaci\u00f3n Empresarial Nacional, CIEN) subventioniert.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.spg-pack.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Logo-UE-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.spg-pack.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/32820_276276201881050-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unternehmenskonsortium: UVESA, ELPOZO ALIMENTACI\u00d3N, BTSA Biotecnolog\u00edas Aplicadas, MONTELOEDER, NUREL, BANDESUR ALCAL\u00c1 und SP GROUP.
